About Founder:
Mr. J. Kumar is the Founder and Managing Trustee of Believe Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering individuals through education and sustainable livelihood skills. With over 15 years of experience in Human Resource Development, Mr. Kumar has established himself as a prominent figure in the fields of recruitment, training, mentoring, career guidance, mental health education, and counselling. 
Mr. Kumar holds an MBA from the ICFAI University, where he gained comprehensive knowledge in business administration and management. Additionally, he possesses a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Madras and certified counselling and Psychotherapist enabling him to understand and address the diverse psychological needs of individuals.
As the Managing Trustee of Believe Foundation, Mr. Kumar’s responsibilities encompass various critical areas. He has extensive experience in designing and implementing various programs that cater to the specific needs of disadvantaged communities. He is actively involved in planning, monitoring, and executing charity activities, health and educational initiatives. His multifaceted experience equips him with the ability to lead and inspire people towards common goals. He has also conducted several training programs on psychological well-being and mental health, helping individuals overcome emotional and behavioral challenges. Moreover, he possesses exceptional leadership qualities, enabling him to motivate and mobilize individuals around important issues.
In his role as Managing Trustee, Mr. Kumar is now shifting his focus towards driving the creation of opportunities by empowering children with education and sustainable livelihood skills. He firmly believes that education is the backbone of any economy and a crucial element in building an evolved society. Mr. Kumar recognizes the unique capabilities of every child and is committed to partnering with stakeholders to provide them with relevant education and training, shaping them into future nation builders. Mr. Kumar is passionate about employment and livelihood opportunities for underprivileged youth.
